Hello, I’m Sarah … maker, educator, and workshop leader inspired by nature, light, the sea, flowers, and the textures and colours of everyday life.
Whether I’m creating cyanotypes in my studio or photographing life beneath the waves, my work is about pausing, observing, and finding beauty in simple moments.
Alongside teaching and my own creative practice, I run workshops under the name @makesomethingsarah — a reminder to myself and others that sometimes you just need to stop overthinking, trust your instincts, and make something!
Through cyanotype, clay, and printmaking workshops — as well as one-to-one mentoring — I offer relaxed hands on sessions where you can experiment, play and connect with your creative voice.
Whether you join a workshop or follow my personal work, everything I do is rooted in curiosity, slowing down, and noticing the beauty in the everyday.
Remember, don’t overthink it — just make something!
